Local Town Council
Assessing and mapping businesses and organisations in the local town High street.
Problem
A youth support service had to account for new participants on a programme. Collating the data from Upshot meant complicated filtering start dates and attendances, taking staff away from delivery.
Action
We built a dashboard which easily reported on participant attendance while maintaining privacy through Microsoft login credentials and record anonymization.
Outcome
The organisation saved time by quickly checking all new participants, and the funders were satisfied that the delivery was a success

Gloucestershire Digital
Digging for gold beyond the main KPIs
Problem
A government funded project collected 80 data points from over 80 participants across 5 districts in Gloucestershire. Although key KPIs were reported back at end of the project, approaching deadlines left other rich stories hidden in the spreadsheets.
Action
The dashboard we built allowed granular filters to isolate individual characteristics and reveal patterns of need mapped by location.
Outcome
The analysis of needs supported a further, much larger round of funding from the local authority.
Community Food Hubs
Automating food distrbution systems and stock handling
Problem
The local food hub network receives deliveries from a wide variety of sources which need to be allocated to muliple hubs, taking into account size and needs.
Action
We built an auto-distribution system which worked on standard ratios, but allowed hubs to reject and reallocate based on this week's capacities.
Outcome
The system allowed more efficient distribution, analysis of indiiviudal hub needs and trends and reporting back on food sources.

A small youth charity spent 2–3 days each quarter manually compiling impact reports from spreadsheets for three different funders.
Action
We created a PHP/MySQL dashboard pulling live data from their systems, with a clean printable view customised per funder.
Outcome
Quarterly reporting time reduced from 3 days to under an hour. Staff time reinvested into direct delivery.
